Product Information

The ERI Plastic Ball Siphon is a compact and highly reliable condensate drain trap designed for HVAC applications. Featuring a built-in ball valve, it effectively seals the drainage system when no condensate is present, preventing unwanted air leakage under both positive and negative pressure conditions.

Widely used by major European HVAC manufacturers, this unit is easy to install, simple to maintain, and suitable for most air handling unit pressure requirements.

Key Features:

  • Built-in ball valve to effectively trap condensate drainage systems

  • Suitable for both positive (+ve) and negative (-ve) pressure conditions

  • Dry pressure tested up to 1500 Pa (+/-)

  • Compact design – no additional installation height required

  • 32mm OD connection size

  • Optional 40mm transformation adapters available

  • Supplied with sealing cap, inner sealing ring, fixing bracket, and heater cable screws/retainer

  • Optional 230V or 24V heater available to prevent freezing

  • Available in grey or semi-transparent clear plastic

Installation Notes:

  • Each HVAC condensate drain system should be fitted with a separate siphon

  • For +ve pressure installations, remove the bleed plug before use

  • Horizontal outlet drain connection is recommended for best performance

Ideal for air handling units and condensate drainage systems where reliable sealing and pressure resistance are essential.
